The Mud Mafia was born out of a deep curiosity and a little clay under the fingernails.
It all started in 2023 when I first discovered pottery during a workshop in Pondicherry. That one spark turned into a quiet obsession. From wheel basics to glaze experiments, I dived into the world of clay, learning and evolving through practice, failure and a lot of self-teaching.
Today, The Mud Mafia is my space to share that journey with pieces that are versatile, contemporary and unapologetically bold. I love working with rich, expressive tones like deep reds, matte blacks and earthy textures while pushing the boundaries of form and function. My work explores the intersection of modern design with traditional and cultural motifs, blending heritage with a fresh, personal take.
